I started running today...
With the encouragement my brother has been giving me I decided to start running in the mornings. I need to build up to actual runs so I decided to do Couch to 5k. It’s a nice progressive program and I think it will work. So today was mostly walking then jogging then out-of-breath walking but it was totally worth it.

i wish people didn’t assume that in order to lose weight you have to practically starve yourself. i’m eating anywhere from 1,500-2,000+ calories daily depending on how much exercise i do and i’m stilll losing weight. no i’m not dropping 5lbs a week but i’m perfectly fine with taking it slow…
